Responsible for the management of projects implementing D365 FO and CE in the Federal Practice. Currently managing implementation and design 4 Smart warehouses and 2 Manufacturing process for DoD. We have integrated autonomous robots, robotic arms, conveyance systems, HDRSS storage, dimensioning equipment, RFID, automated cycle counting with D365. We also have integrated with multiple DOD legacy systems for financial, warehouse, inventory, production, fund management, and manufacturing. My currently pipeline is of over 100 million dollars and have grown the organization from 4 to 25 consultants, with plans to double size in 2024.
