About Will Dorsey Eden
I am passionate about organizing education stakeholders, designing programs, and supporting state and local actors to help people grow, achieve economic security, and advance. Currently, I work at the intersection of K12, higher ed, foundations, employers, and government to implement sector strategies, design career pathways, and other strategies that help workers achieve financial security and local economies meet critical workforce needs. My expertise is in sector strategies, career pathway development, workforce development, employer practice change, and K12 education. I have experience working with the construction, clean energy, health care, life sciences, education, and transportation and logistics industries. My skills include human-centered design, program and organizational design, people management and development, strategic planning, and stakeholder management. I have had the opportunity to apply these skills and expertise as a high school teacher, community organizer, high school principal, and strategy consultant to workforce intermediaries, state/local governments, large foundations, and employers.
