Major Accomplishments:• Created a cross-functional Data & Analytics squad, implementing a Data Lake utilizing Agile delivery to improve the delivery of data and advanced analytics, providing over 3x improvement in new BI products and setting the foundation for future AI/machine learning use cases. • Implemented IT governance, portfolio management, and budgeting to ensure all IT investments had a clear business value, were aligned with strategic plans and executive sponsorship, and were well communicated. • Designed and oversaw complex, multiple year, cross-functional project to provide data driven insights to the Sales team that led to clearer actions with Customers, accurate target monitoring, reduction in exceptions, and improved customer experience (Icertis, Salesforce, MuleSoft, & SAP). Reduction of 1,500 hours of work.• Collaborated directly with Customers on design and delivery of a B2B Distributor portal (Salesforce Community) that improved their user experience by creating a greater understanding of their digital journeys to provide the right self-service scalable solution. Achieved with no extra headcount and minimal dollars. • Led the alignment of Global Pricing Transformation program with Global Finance Leadership, ensuring design were aligned with Finance processes and optimized for statutory accounting principles.• Implemented new SAP ERP instance and significant upgrades merging different business units on to one instance, managed migration roadmap and vendor support, and simplified legal entity structure. • Key contributor within Global Finance and IT Transformations, responsible for transformational activities and Finance PMO within North America Region. • Delivered innovative & scalable applications in cloud native environments, process improvements utilizing different methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma, Design Thinking), defined IT road maps, and led RFPs for new solutions/vendors.
