My goal is to make Townhouse the most successful estate agency in Manchester. We offer residential sales, residential lettings, property management and property renovation. I am interested in meeting anyone that would like to reduce the cost of managing their current property portfolio, anyone that is looking to start a property portfolio or looking to grow or downsize an existing one. As well as anyone that is looking for some advice on the sale or letting of their property. We are able to source high yielding buy to let properties for our clients in the City Centre and South Manchester. We are able to assist all the way through the process, from establishing a clients requirements from the investment, searching for and acquiring a property, right through to managing a full renovation and bringing the property back to market. We have over 400 properties on our books and have a mixed portfolio ranging from student properties in Fallowfield to city centre penthouse apartments.
