Experienced Development Director with over 20 years of project development, design coordination and contract experience across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, hotels, retail, aviation and other mixed use schemes. I currently work for Jarron Investments, a leading north-west property developer, on a number of high rise residential, hotel and mixed-use schemes in Liverpool, Manchester and throughout the Uk.My key duties include site acquisitions, appraisals, project funding, AFL negotiations, appointment of the design team, secure planning consent, design, procurement and project management of the scheme from inception to completion.I am MRICS and MAPM qualified and hold NEC3 Project Manager Certification. I have extensive experience in administering JCT D&B and NEC3 standard forms, as well as bespoke building contracts.
