Offshore Material Coordinator @Wood

Material Coordinator - Currently working on the Seafox 4 in both UK and NL waters. As a member of the Fabric Maintenance Barge Campaign we are repairing, maintaining, de-complexing and painting a number of Shell / NAM owned platforms. My function is to ensure all Materials, plant and equipment are ordered, inspected, managed and returned in a safe and timely manner. Ensuring all personnel have what they need to carry out their tasks.My duties include but are not limited to the following;Material requisitioning.Material tracking.Delivery schedules.Material Requirement Planning reports Expediting.Manifesting.Managing all COSHH on the projectGood receipt and inspection.Off hiring and liaising with 3rd party vendors.Supervising storekeepers, ensuring stock takes and orders are managed.Utilising SAP only a daily basis. Producing materials status reports and communicating to upper management.Environmental representative for the project. To include preparing site Environmental plans. Sea fastening of containers.Liaising with the client and upper management with all aspects concerning materials. Working from the plan to ensure all materials are released in SAP and received on site prior to work-scope commencement dates. Completing OSD forms for any relevant deliveries to ensure the correct actions are taken.Pre lift inspections on all containers leaving the platform Shutdown / Turnaround planning to ensure all materials are ordered, received checked and prepared to include bagging and tagging.
