I’m Will Cath, founder of Cath Consulting and CC Studio, where fitness and wellness meet high-end experiences. CC Studio is a boutique space designed for elevated training sessions and group classes with strength as the foundation. Our trainers and instructors help people on-site and with corporate partners at their facility. I partner with clients locally and across the United States to deliver fitness and wellness programs that align with their goals, culture, and values. From one-on-one coaching to large-scale corporate wellness support, my mission is simple: make movement accessible, effective, and enjoyable at every level.
