   Manage the billing process each month for ~45 markets nationwide including over 250 radio stations with an average of $20-25M per month in total revenue. Completed in 2 full business days.• Assist all markets with training of billing systems and reconciliation of accounts pre and post billing.• Monitor accuracies/inaccuracies for digital billing and enforce business rules across all levels of sales and advertising operations.• Financial reporting/analysis for digital product third party vendor products.• Host meetings with Regional Controllers and Market Managers in each market every month to discuss profit margins, best practices and tools to use for tracking and to ensure better margins.• Track large accounts from our top seller in our financials to ensure expenses and revenue are recorded properly.• Manage the credit & collections of our national accounts working closely with the account executives, business managers, cash apps, finance team and the agencies directly.• Report to management bi-weekly on progress and challenges for our large accounts as well as anything over 90+ days and recommend accounts to be written off as bad debt and submitted to our collection agency for collections.• Work closely with our Cash Applications/Finance team daily on the proper application of payments received, the issuance of adjustments and reconciliation of invoices.• Working closely with our accountants on internal controls and auditors on external audits, processes, procedures and SOX compliance, including quarterly auditing of the billing process, the review of procedures for billing and the external audit of the entire billing process.• Managed CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) reporting and burn rates in 2019, issuing A/R’s for corporate for various budgeted radio projects totaling $13M and submit invoices for payment and track in A/P.
