Led the team to increase Accounting Specialist enrollment by 343% in six years. The five-year program review period ending fall 2021 had an 87% increase. Scored excellent/good by the advisory board in every program review question from the last 5 years. Scored excellent/good by recent graduates in every program review question from the last 5 years. Employer program review surveys were 100% excellent or good in every question except one. That one question was 85.7% excellent or good, with 14% average. No questions were ranked below average or poor. Increased graduation rates 266% for the Accounting Specialist AAS over a five-year review period. Developed pathways and revamped every accounting credential to meet local employer needs. Created and executed an advertising strategy for the Accounting department.
