With over ten years experience in broadcasting, I am comfortable within high pressure environments. I feel I can confidently setup and maintain various types of solutions in varied and challenging environments. I have experience with live and post production environments in a wide range of content including sport, concerts, natural history, light entertainment, reality TV. I have hands on experience with disaster planning, implementation and recovery. Having this real world experience allows me to approach any issue, big or small in a calm and pragmatic manner. In my current role I am enjoying taking on full responsibility for all technical infrastructure and technical staff. I am passionate about finding efficient and robust solutions and deploying them in the best way possible to support creative processes.
