Project Manager for the Decommissioning of the Heather, Broom and GKA Assets in UK North Sea.I am responsible for managing all elements to ensure a safe and efficient decommissioning of the Heather and Broom Assets. this includes Stakeholder engagement with all regulators, planning of cleaning and engineer down, well decommissioning, platform removal and disposal, and subsea decommissioning. I am also actively involved in liaising with our JV decommissioning partners.I manage the yearly process for reviewing EnQuests decommissioning liabilities and represent EnQuest at any industry forums for decommissioning.Latest key achievements are the competition of 41 Well P&A campaign, full EDC of pipelines and topsides, utility rundown and final disembarkation of Heather. This has been followed by removal of the Heather topsides with the Pioneering Spirit and load in to MARS in Denmark. All completed safely and efficiently.

Currently, I manage a portfolio of significant Decommissioning projects in the UK North Sea, ensuring alignment with business priorities, safety culture, and operational objectives.My role has allowed me to cultivate strong, constructive relationships with regulators, empowering me to effectively challenge and drive improvements. With full financial responsibility for all aspects of Decommissioning—including Well Plug and Abandonment (P&A), operations, and removals—I work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to shape and execute strategy.As a representative on both the Operations and Decommissioning Committees, I have built and maintained strong, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of decommissioning activities in line with our partners\' liabilities.I am proud to foster a team-oriented culture at the end-of-life phase of assets, promoting a \"One Team\" mentality across all functions to ensure everyone works towards a shared goal.Additionally, I actively contribute to the Project Management and Decommissioning communities through my involvement in the ECITB Project Management Steering Group, the OEUK Decommissioning Forum Steering Group, and by presenting at key Decommissioning conferences.Other Specialisms: Commercial Acumen Budgetary Control Resource Management Progress Monitoring Operational Management Problem Solving PM Mentoring (ECITB PM Mentoring Program)
