Craft social media and press communications strategy for WECO to share proper messaging to the right audiences- Brainstorm evergreen narratives and one-off activations to generate interest from the public and the press- Develop year-long content calendar with relevant topics to inform everything from menu decisions to media relations strategy- Craft and manage press materials on an ongoing basis to stay prepared for proactive and reactive media opportunities, including pitches, media advisories, briefing docs, press releases, etc- Ideate thought leadership strategy for executives and WECO to build brand authority on relevant topics, including op-eds/bylines, events and awards, speaking opportunities and blog posts- Organize and manage all projects and action items for PR and communications from start to finish to ensure we remain on-task and ahead of deadlines- Plan and schedule photography shoot dates with culinary team, photographer and art director to ensure content is complete ahead of deadline- Perform outreach to potential partners in order to build a relationship between WECO and brands, guest chefs and other culinary businesses- Develop tracking materials to ensure we keep a record of our relationships with partners and stay in regular contact
