Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTrO) of ABL Group, the Transformation Director plays a key role in the future development of ABL Group and the operational and functional transformation as ABL Group starts its journey on material growth and consolidation, primarily through M&A. The role consists of due diligence and transaction negotiations for the M&A targets, and leading the business integration of M&A targets, ensuring ABL Group’s strategic direction, culture and shareholder value. Furthermore, the Transformation Director actively manages across ABL Group restructuring & legal entity rationalisation, and major business change projects.
