I am currently serving active duty in the United States Coast Guard as a Marine Science Technician and am separating from service July 2025. I have a passion for helping improve organizations and would like to work in Human Resources / People Analytics roles. I am currently completing my Master’s in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I have also been accepted into the Hiring Our Heros Corporate Fellowship Cohort 2 2025.My degree and experience will help me create, implement, and manage employee and leadership development programs. I will also help address complex issues such as workplace diversity and anti-discrimination policies, and analyze the effectiveness of workplace programs.
