As a graduate from Kedge Business School, I\'m currently making my path here in London between luxury, high class customer service and fashion.Previously, I was building a way in finance control and in project management. That was a great experience to know and understand firms from the back office. I developed stong skills in data collecting, data analysis and in team management.I still have a strong interest in being involved at the head office in compagny strategy. But I needed this experience on the front to deal with customer service and understand what it is. The company most precious asset, apart the employees, it\'s the customer.Now I\'m evolving in luxury service and fashion; from the greeting to the moment when the customer or the guest leave, everything counts (body language, communication, sense of detail, pro activity, reactivity, appearance) and everything is important. I developed strong interpersonal and human skills until now. I\'m ready to step up in the fashion industry and the luxury business where excellence is the key word.
