Wilfried Brachschoss completed an apprenticeship as an electronic technician in Cologne. Afterwards, Wilfried studied electronic engineering with a specialization in communication technologies, in Munich.He started his career as a hardware development engineer at Bosch Telecom in Belgium. Wilfried gained further experience in the technology sector at Siemens AG (Semiconductor Division – later Infineon Technologies AG), Conexant, Dow Corning and NXP. He worked there in different functions as an application engineer, in business development, and in marketing. He acquired management experience working as a project, marketing, department and division manager, as Managing Director EMEA and as a General Manager of a business unit.During his stays abroad in Belgium, USA and China, he worked in diverse cultures and experienced different internal and external corporate environments.With this background and his strong managerial experience, Wilfried consults customers in the technology sector and places candidates with a focus on the semiconductor, electronics IT, EDA and automotive sectors.“With my work experience I always enjoy discussing the requirements, needs, trends, and skills with customers and candidates and to consider successful next career steps for our candidates’’
