In his role, Wil is responsible for establishing and optimizing the development team’s standard operating procedures with a focus on safety, risk mitigation, consistency, and speed to market.Wil has an extensive background in real estate development and construction, having entitled and developed more than 23 million square feet of commercial space nationally including over 14 million square feet in the Chicago market. He is experienced in managing developments from the project feasibility stage through design, permitting, bidding, construction and close out.Prior to joining LPC, Wil served as a Vice President, Project and Development Services at JLL, where he provided comprehensive project management services for warehouse, manufacturing, and aviation projects. He also spent 17 years at Duke Realty Corporation, where he oversaw land acquisition, entitlements, and business park infrastructure design and construction for several US markets. There, he was an integral member of a team that managed the acquisition and disposition of several portfolios with values of more than $1 billion.Wil has developed projects in multiple markets including Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Minneapolis, Nashville, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Seattle, South Dakota, Southern California, and Wisconsin.
