Provide brand collateral for Thermo Fisher Biobanking Learning Center \"Hub\" showcasing interactive workflow, blogs and audio casts. Analyze biobanking market size, regional product sales trends and demand generation using Salesforce dashboard and reports. Maintain Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) partnerships to further foster product application strategies. Support product family landing page optimization with accurate technical communication including LERN cryopreservation webinars. Contribute to Voice of Customer (VOC) for Experience Design team. Conduct product training for product specialists. Participate in global team meetings comprised of project managers, R&D engineers, product support specialists, regulatory affairs, quality engineers, commercial and marketing managers/directors.
