Oversee on-site operations at Vance AFB in support of a complex project with multiple on-site support personnel. Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progress on schedule and within the prescribed budget, and inform management in a timely manner of variances from plan. Schedule/Organize/Attend progress meetings with Government stakeholders, site managers, and Vertex senior management, taking appropriate actions when necessary. Work with the other site managers to maintain an effective quality assurance program and standardization within the program. Provide excellent customer service to contractors, partners, government agencies, etc. to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction. Create status reports and communicates status to internal and external stakeholders.
