As Movable Ink\'s Go-To-Market Onboarding Manager, I ensure that all new hires in the Go-To-Market team are equipped with the proper tools and education they need to succeed. Currently responsible but not limited to building an onboarding program specific to the Go-To-Market organisation by creating role specific detailed training plans, upskill training, delivering live trainings, and assigning eLearning content that will allow us to scale rapidly yet effectively. I help enable our new team members with an in-depthunderstanding of Movable Ink\'s industry, systems, and processes as they get started with the company within the first few weeks of their MI experience.
