Contracted through Robert Half, working on-site at Banco Inter.• RPA (Automation Anywhere) – bot development and maintenance, deployment and monitoring in Control Room, performance tuning, and SLA tracking. • BPMS (Sinqia S-Works) – workflow design, flow parameterization, and API integrations, ensuring compliance with business rules. • Business Intelligence – building and evolving interactive dashboards in Tableau, with operational and managerial metrics. • SQL & Data – extracting and optimizing SQL datasets to power automations, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses. • Innovation Lab – developing REST APIs in Java to accelerate system integrations and new automations. • Governance – logging projects and incidents in Sydle BPMS, ensuring traceability and compliance.
