Support Teleflex’s Regional Operations team in the Americas (nine sites within US and Mexico) by providing outstanding financial management and analysis to the senior leadership team so together, we can move the business forward and achieve its goals as a global manufacturer of medical technologies. • Driving and leading the financial consolidation processes, which includes budgeting, month-end close, forecasting and business analysis in close collaboration with business stakeholders in the Manufacturing division, monitoring for accuracy and compliance as well as process improvement opportunities • Partnering with the Global Operations Finance team to ensure fully alignment with HQ FP & A reporting requirements and understanding of the factors that drive the financial results of the region • Providing monthly comprehensive variance analysis versus plan (Annual Budget & Forecasts, Strategic Plan). Communicate issues, challenge processes and decisions, identify risks and opportunities, model scenarios, and monitor implementation with the assistance of the Controllers across the region • Enhancing and automation of analytical frameworks for more efficient, relevant, and timely reporting; drive continuous improvement in reporting and information sharing processes. • Leading the standardization to the Global Operation finance reporting process when mergers and acquisitions of new manufacturing sites/companies are completed within the region • Responsible for the timely submission of all month/quarter end-close internal and external audit requirements of the region
