As community Support Program Manager my responsibilities include but are not limited to; Managing the Roxbury neighborhood Trauma Team as well as the Roxbury Village in Progress Team also known as the violence intervention and prevention team. the aforementioned teams include a small staff of block captains, a coordinator, and resident volunteers. Through these teams, we ensure rapid response to community issues of violence as well as provide a space to meet and plan for the betterment of the community.
