About Wilbur Moffitt
I am a Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) student at Pitzer College focused on environmental policy and driving systemic change, actively seeking summer opportunities in government affairs, nonprofit strategy, and public sector consulting. My hands-on experience spans public policy and grassroots advocacy, including authoring decarbonization legislation as Vice President of Sustainability, co-writing an EPA Community Change grant, and leading the Education Working Group for the Claremont Colleges Environmental Justice Collective to spearhead a successful 100% renewable energy campaign. Supported by my background as a top-10 nationally ranked debater, I leverage strong analytical skills to specialize in complex argumentation, strategic messaging, and data-driven strategy. I am eager to apply my background in policy drafting and stakeholder engagement to create a meaningful impact this summer.
