   The Corporate Account Director plays a central role to accelerating sales by eliminating barriers to access at the regional payer level, targeted Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and the VA/DOD. This is accomplished through consultative partnerships within EMD Serono and the many downstream books of business including commercial insurers, Managed Medicaid, and Medicare. Through executive selling, organizational networking, and relationship development, I execute our strategic plans for each market access customer segment. The focus is on pull-through strategies to improve the overall understanding of the EMD Serono Oncology and MS portfolio, portfolio education, and translation of the portfolio value to thought leaders, Pharmacy Directors, PDL managers, and program directors for the Prostate and Lung Cancer & Multiple Sclerosis therapeutic areas. I ultimately help facilitate change in medical policies, formularies, pathways, order sets, and pull-through of contracting initiatives. I also lead cross-functional teams between our commercial sales, Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and Medical Science Outcomes Liaison teams, field oncology account directors, and our marketing teams to strategically focus on thought leaders at key IDNs and VA medical Centers within the US VISN 12 region
