Serve as Americas Principal Architect for our unified communications managed services telecom, infrastructure, security framework and ongoing management in over 10 data centers and 20 cloud instances. Responsible for new offering delivery and service initiatives using continuous improvement. Maintain close relationships with R&D to provide feedback and Agile offering rollout to ensure that features are delivered on time. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AudioCodes Managed Services infrastructure for Americas customers, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Ring central featuring AudioCodes solutions hosted in SI datacenter space, AudioCodes datacenter space and in the Cloud. Continuing to innovate by providing a waterfall AGILE methodology to working closely with Product Management and R&D to ensure integrity of designed solutions and introducing new features. Guide, foster and manage third party infrastructure providers and internal teams though Agile service delivery and ITIL based change management and IT governance of AudioCodes Managed Services. Design and development of cloud based services including SIP, TDM telecom integrations, bots, AI and contact center enabled services. Lead, guide and manage the Advanced Professional Services and Managed service teams for the Americas which includes is a team of unified communications professionals including senior architects, Microsoft professionals, cloud ops and network engineers responsible for complex service delivery of AudioCodes large multi-year and global projects including strategy, architecture, consulting, planning and design.
