   I oversee all learning & evaluation efforts for uAspire’s impact models and ensure strong data quality and evaluation reporting systems across all teams. I help set ambitious goals, customize Salesforce (including creation of reports, dashboards), and train teams on how to track and utilize their data. I lead our learning cycle, ensuring data-driven decision making throughout the organization. I spearheaded our first Student Advisory Board which centers student voice in the program design & improvement process.
