About Wil Carroll
For over two decades I\'ve focused on working with government agencies to transform the way they deliver and manage citizen services. As the leader of Deloitte\'s Government & Public Services Innovation & Platform team I lead our teams from ideation and incubation through product launch changing the way Deloitte delivers solutions to our clients. I joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in and spent the first ten years of my career focused on implementing technology solutions for State Government Health and Human Services clients. Since then I\'ve expanded more broadly to areas including Medicaid Claims systems, health technologies and systems engineering capabilities in both the state and Federal marketplaces. I\'ve had the opportunity to deliver with teams from around the world and in nearly every state in the country. As a transplant to Montana my passions revolve around seasonal outdoor pursuits with my wife and three teenage sons including mountain biking, hunting, fishing, skiing and flying. I\'ve served as a head staff member for the Pan Mass Challenge for over 25 years. My publications include \"Smart Medicaid: Leveraging Cognitive Technologies to Improve Health and Program Efficiencies\" in Deloitte Insights as well as \"Achieving Integrated Service Delivery\" and \"Drag Free Drift in Delivering Human Services\".Specialties: government innovation trends, complex system implementations, health and human services process optimization, technology organization development and leadership.
