Drove the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of 40+ quarterly projects across four Platform Reliability Engineering teams: Site Reliability, Core Infrastructure, Application Platforms, and Database Engineering. Directed organisation-wide cloud and tool migrations, leading to legacy services decommissioning, reducing technical debt and significant cost-savings. Owned Jira and Confluence as products, addressing security vulnerabilities, upgrades, and migrations. Managed cross-team projects from inception to completion by creating roadmaps, scoping delivery plans, defining requirements and acceptance criteria, identifying risks, and mapping dependencies across 17 product development teams. Owned the full OKR (Objectives and Key Results) lifecycle, managing delivery, comprehensive reporting, and stakeholder communications. Gathered customer requirements and feedback, collaborating directly with engineers to implement subsequent improvements and automations. Implemented Scrum & Kanban by facilitating scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and metrics creation for 4 teams. Managed the complete supplier due diligence and onboarding process in partnership with the Head of Technology Operations. Supported Incident Managers in establishing and implementing new incident management workflows and tools.
