Key Projects and highlights- Developed a comprehensive framework to predict customer LTV scores, survival probabilities, and purchase patterns. This project involved using Databricks and Azure to manage large-scale data and ensure model scalability and efficiency- Developed short-term revenue forecasting models for the organization, providing crucial insights into monthly revenue generation by make, model, and brand- Developed novel capabilities using GenAI tools, including a new topic modeling approach to enhance text classification accuracy and automate document tagging.
