Working within the property team for a large Insurance company, plan and manage projects for the team driven by company restructuring and initiatives. The role is varied and includes: New site construction, co-ordinating and managing all construction related activities Large Office moves: Co-ordinating with local teams and technical resource to ensure moves happen as seamlessly as possible. Collecting and collating pertinent data. Planning and implementing the move with internal teams and external move specialists.In house building projects: Helping to define requirements based on anecdotal experience or, exploring new solutions available on the market. This may include reassignment of meeting rooms to training facilities, AV installations & office refurbishments.Office closure: Planning and implementing decommissioning activities related to an office closure.

Project Manager with over 20 years experience working in the Financial Services industry with a track record of delivering infrastructure projects.APMP qualified but also experienced working within project environments using other methodologies such as Prince2. Proficient with all Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project. Enjoy working as part of a team but motivated and resourceful enough to work on my own if the situation is called for. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. A good listener and always willing to learn as well as impart knowledge on to others. Experienced in liaising with internal technical resources as well as dealing with external suppliers, from tendering through to delivery.
