I welcome the opportunity to assist clients’ move into the future state of employee benefits focused on employee satisfaction & retention, organizational mindset, incorporation of technology and cost management. I believe in the following tenets to drive improved employer benefit performance: 1) Have a desire to invest in the overall health of the employee (physical, mental, emotional, etc.) 2) Being open to trying new processes and systems - Companies demographics are changing, and organizational mindset around their pay and benefits program need to change as well. 3) Prioritize long-term strategies over short-term Band-Aids - by 2030 75% of the workforce will be made up of employees less than 35 years of age. I am supported by a terrific group of teammates at McGriff. We are a top-tier global risk management and employee benefit insurance broker/consulting firm with in-house specialty practices and a deep bench of account executives, client managers, data analysts, actuaries and underwriters, clinicians, compliance, and benefit administration professionals to get YOU from current state to future state.
