About Chris Lyttle

I am an Enterprise Security professional working for Venafi. My background is over 20 years experience in IT starting with running my own ISP in New Zealand, through System Administration in the late 90\'s then Wireless and Security Consulting from 2003 on to 2016 and now Information Security specializing in PKI.My philosophy in IT is customer focused as I see much of my job as being customer service oriented. The parts of my job I enjoy the most is learning new technologies and helping others understand how complex technologies can work for them.

   I am responsible for leading the design, customization, deployment, testing and production go live of Venafi products in customer environments. I provide technical leadership for customers implementing Venafi in their environment, and provide customers with access to resources needed to solve issues related to their deployment of certificate management capabilities. My knowledge of PKI environments and security issues enables me to give practical advice and recommendations to maintain the trust of customer PKI environments that use Venafi to manage their certificates.
