Manage the eeam on the Offshore Platform, including Subcontractors and Vendors to deliver a safe and efficient project.Reviewing and reporting offshore progress and productivity internally and with the client in a timely manner as required by the Management.Issue Daily Progress Reports (DPR’s) in line with management Requirements.Responsible for the review and acceptance of work packs, RAMS, material, and equipment requirements for offshore execution works,Signing off completed Work Packs and Close Out Reports.Manage Vendors and their scopes to assist in the completion of their Offshore activities.Chair daily offshore coordination meetings, updating the team with any relevant issues.Attending Offsshore consortium meetings to report on progress, HSE statistics, look ahead and performance.Input into Project Reporting data.Record downtime (with reasons) and possible impact to schedule and cost for review by Management team.Contribute to the day-to-day manning, material planning and cost reporting for current and future activities. Assist with rescheduling of works and logistics caused by delays.Liaise with both the material supply chain and personnel logistics to mitigate cost impact due to downtime where required deliverables or personnel are delayed.Assess personnel quals to ensure adequately qualified and experienced personnel are engaged for scopes planned.Liaise with the Project Cost Controller on scope change and/or scope increase.Maintain and update project data and reports.Identify areas for improved efficiency.Understand and comply with responsibilities under the Company\'s policies and procedures.Adhere to company and Project Safety Standards and promote a safety culture in the HUC Delivery Team. Responsible for reporting all leading and lagging safety data including incident reporting where applicable.
