   The Experimentation Platform (ExP) team is responsible for the platform that allows Microsoft teams and partners to run trustworthy A/B experiments and test the effects of changes on the product before making ship decisions. As part of ExP, I help teams onboard onto the Experimentation Platform, create scalable and reliable data pipelines and run trustworthy A/B experiments. To properly measure the treatment effect, I create and improve online metrics for the different products, focusing on metrics that measure user satisfaction. I help design A/B tests to address more complex measurement problems like cross-platform testing, long-term comparisons and top-level metric tradeoffs. Some of the products I have worked with include Bing, Office, VSCode and AML.\\\\n\\\\nTrustworthy A/B experiments and robust online metrics enable data-driven ship decisions that optimize the product towards user and business value.
