Lead a dynamic, diverse team of 20+ Case Managers, who assist low-income, immigrant families all over New York City areas who seek developmental evaluations and therapies for children from birth to three. • Develop training contents, evaluative metrics, and key performance indicators based. Assign tasks and deadlines, track progress and implement accountability measurement, yielding outstanding audit result. • Design and facilitate dynamic mentorship via group meetings and one-on-one supervision. Provide case-by-case troubleshoot, creative solutions, and performance reviews, contributing to growth in referrals as well as trust from NYC EIP regional directors to take over and mitigate problematic, controversial cases.• Lead internal initiatives and projects to develop new tools that enhance case management billing and productivity. In charge of setting scopes, deadlines, task assignment, follow up meetings, pre-launch tests and launch, trainings, post-launch reviews, and closing. The tools have boosted long-term billing productivity and reduced stress among the case managers, who work remotely, while decreased overhead cost and turnover rate for the agency. • Transform work culture from reactive to proactive, guided by empathetic leadership, antipatriarchy and antiracism framework to enhance case workers’ capacity, trauma-informed response, and cultural competency as they serve low-income immigrant families. • Collaborate closely with the executive members and operations team to strategize and plan on how to meet standards set by the New York State and New York City Department of Health and Mental, increasing confidence and competency toward achieving integrative case management. • Collaborate with internal and external partners such as City and State officers, community-based organizations to increase knowledge, resources, and learning capacity.
