I am the recruitment specialist and hiring personel for in home caregivers of Northeast Tennessee.• High volume and fast paced environment• High Volume calls• Urgency communications to office staff regarding client needs• Meeting monthly hiring goals or exceeding• Ensuring all employee files are in standing with company and state requirements.• Handle all pre-hire paperwork, hiring, training, and completing all on-boarding tasks for new hires.• Process weekly payroll for employees as well as handle any pay issues• Creating monthly newsletter for employees.• Create hiring events for our office, attending job fairs, and create social media posts for hiring.• Creating hiring fliers and posting them in local job boards, social media outlets and leaving fliers at theunemployment offices to promote hiring.• Schedule and conduct interviews daily. Hire accordingly.• Fulling trained to operate ADP hiring system to hire in new employees and set new hires up on this system toget them acquainted with it to review paystubs, set up direct deposit and tax information.• Processing backgrounds required by company and state level.• Operating CTS for recruitment• Partner with local staffing agencies• Articulate with local and state directors to offer updates on recruitment and how to implement ideas that workto help turn over rate• Communicating with office staff daily to know what area they needed candidates for• Keep employee list up to date• Assist with clock in system set up for employees• Update expiring licensures for office, employee driver’s licenses, and certifications.• Conduct annual retraining• Conduct annual employee evaluations• Provide coach and cancel, written and final warning write ups.• Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookI also serve as the Human Resources personel at our two branches for the HCA’s that I hire.
