ABOUT WHITTANY JOHNBAPTISTE
Spring 2021 graduate of Florida State University, with a B.S in Accounting and Management Information Systems. With prior experience working as an auditor in the public accounting industry, I currently hold the role of a Financial Reporting Analyst in the Investments Controllership Department at Genworth Financial. In 2022, I successfully passed all four exams required for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the state of Florida, and received licensure in March of 2023. My expertise lies in financial auditing for both public and private companies, as well as the reporting of investments in accordance with both GAAP and STAT reporting principles. I possess a range of technical skills, including but not limited to SQL, Orange, Alteryx, Excel, Access, Orbit, TM1, and Citrix/PAM Reporting Tools. Additionally, I have developed strong soft skills, such as public speaking, strategic/project planning, and critical thinking, which have proven essential in my professional and personal growth. I am excited to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to my company\'s success and make an impact in the industry.
