Whitney has over 14 years combined experience in business operations, real estate transactions, and real estate capital markets. She has evaluated thousands of real estate investment opportunities using advanced underwriting models and has been directly involved in commercial real estate sales and acquisitions totaling more than $100 million in aggregate value. Prior to real estate, Whitney spent eight years in corporate sales, management, and marketing at Fortune 500 companies where she learned hands-on principles in business operations and finance. As the Principal and Fund Manager for CRE-Endeavors Whitney leads the strategic growth initiatives of the firm. She oversees capital markets, acquisitions and dispositions with a focus on the firm\'s fund management, and real estate investments. She is also the qualifying broker for the firm, which is licensed in Georgia and Maryland.
