As the first Recruiting Manager of Branch Operations to be hired at Summit Human Capital, Whitney brings extensive IT recruiting experience to Summit with a vast background in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements on both the agency and corporate sides. She began her career quickly succeeding in the staffing industry, being the first Technical Recruiter promoted in her training class, and now leading national recruiting teams in performance and as a manager for 10+ years. Throughout her career, she has also been recognized as a top performer through annual company awards based on KPIs and leadership qualities. Whitney is truly passionate about connecting hiring managers with top talent and assisting job seekers in finding their dream careers!
