Managed multiple workforce integrations in relation to company acquisitions, addressing cultural impacts, workforce operational impacts, compensation and benefits alignment, communication and engagement strategies, IT systems integrations, compliance and data security program integrations. Delivered compliance support and advice on company’s mergers and acquisitions. Counseled on compliance risks, conducted due diligence, negotiated contracts, and addressed post-acquisition integration and compliance training. Expanded TGS’s compliance program beyond an anti-corruption focused program to address data privacy (GDPR), data security, trade controls and sanctions, human rights, and conflicts of interest in both its operations and 3rd party management. Implement policies and procedures for compliance with anticorruption laws, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (F.C.P.A.), UK Bribery Act, Norwegian criminal code, and other applicable laws. Incorporated TGS’s risk management process across the global organization. Instituted compliance responsibility into the business units and optimized utilization of software and analytic tools to track and monitor the compliance program. Upgraded the global hotline and investigation system from a phone system in core offices to a public, global system. Revitalized and consolidated TGS’ training programs from multiple systems used by various departments to 1 system that incorporated SSO, programs for HSE, HR, Compliance, and IT.
