Realtor and HR Director with experience working in government, private, and non-profit sectors. I help organizations use their resources effectively so that they have less impact on the environment and lead to more employee, organizational, and financial growth. At my most recent position, I supported the award-winning Office of Communication team at the Office of Information and Technology at Veterans Affairs with data analysis in developing Power BI dashboards that tracked our team\'s initiative objectives and key results. I also supported strategic communications and reporting. In my time with LTS, I have improved the reporting process to include tracking and analyzing the impact of our communication products on the intended audience, helping our team increase viewership. When not at my day job, I serve on an affordable housing non-profit that has a $4M housing portfolio, Change All Souls Housing Corporation, and volunteer with Happy, Joyous, and Freewheeling, a bicycle non-profit that helps kids learn to ride bikes.
