I oversee the Destination Management Strategy (DMS) from development to implementation, collaborating with consultants, government agencies, community partners and residents to bring its vision to life.I build and strengthen strategic partnerships across local, regional and statewide networks to advance economic development, sustainability and tourism industry growth. I influence public policy and planning efforts, ensuring they align with both our economic goals and the well-being of our communities.I regularly represent Visit SLO CAL at public meetings, advocacy events and in discussions with elected officials at all levels. I engage our stakeholders in targeted advocacy campaigns, draft policy communications and provide expert insight into tourism\'s economic impact.I also analyze and implement community-based programs that address cultural, economic and environmental priorities to create win-win outcomes for visitors and residents alike.
