   I am dedicated to supporting AmeriCorps programs in achieving their mission of service and community impact. In my role, I assist with the annual review of grants and budgets, providing training and technical assistance to AmeriCorps Program Directors and members to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.In my commitment to continuous improvement, I have played a key role in developing and updating AmeriCorps Policies and Procedures while collaborating closely with the Finance Director to ensure fiscal compliance. I organize statewide AmeriCorps meetings and training sessions that foster a culture of learning and connection, including initiatives for LeaderCorps members. My role as staff liaison to the LeaderCorps council has allowed me to support members in planning impactful events and facilitating mentorship opportunities between AmeriCorps alumni and current members.I am passionate about enhancing the impact of AmeriCorps programs and look forward to leveraging my skills and accomplishments to drive meaningful change in communities.
