ABOUT WHITNEY SURGENOR
I used to design roads, now I race on them. My journey has been intertwined by sports, engineering, and innovation, driven by the belief that you do not know what you are capable of unless you show up and keep showing up. Cyclist \\\\ Cyclery Racing. After 10+ years as a civil engineer, I have switched gears to pursue professional cycling. I ride with Cyclery Racing, a women\'s Canadian cycling development team, providing me valuable experience and opportunities. Continuous Improvement Engineer \\\\ MIMOSA Diagnostics Inc. I currently work part time with MIMOSA, allowing me to continue my cycling endeavors while working within cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives through collecting data, process mapping, analyzing outputs, and determining corrective courses of action to promote safety, quality, and efficiency. Masters (MMIE’21)\\\\ Queens Smith School of Business. The Master of Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MMIE) program enabled me to strengthen the ability to find and build new value in businesses and organizations. Civil Engineer \\\\ PEO. With 10+ years of Civil Engineering experience. I take ownership for anything I commit to, whether large or small, I feel bound to follow through to completion. I strive to do things right with impeccable ethics.
