Developed numerous training materials, mentored new interviewers, and deliver weekly reports on project numbers, perform quality control measures, and administrative tasks while consistently coming up with new ideas to improve rapport with subjects. Sister Study Health Care Providers Team: Contact health care providers specified by participants and send HIPAA compliant requests for medical records and tissue samples for breast cancer tumor tissues on their behalf, encourage a positive working relationship between providers and study staff, ensure timely receipt of records and samples, collaborate with the Operations team and Medical Records team which has led to a significant increase in validating four different types of cancer for the study- SELF Study: Longitudinal study of African American women in Detroit, MI focused on environment, lifestyle, and the development of fibroids. Study Annual and Triannual Update- Conduct The Sister Study\'s brief health questionnaire for participants in the Sister Study- Phase IV of the Agricultural Health Study: Focus on retention of cohort members, conduct follow up interviews with participants, or proxies of deceased participants, regarding farming, general health, and family medical history to further understand the effects of agriculture and exposures on the health of farmers and their families.
