My journey in education began with a Bachelor of English Literature from DePauw University, followed by a Master\'s in the Art of Teaching from Marian University, and culminated in a PhD in Educational Leadership from Indiana State University12.Throughout my career, I have partnered with hundreds of schools, districts, and networks to support school teams in making effective and equitable decisions that benefit students and communities.
