Assisting with the testing and implementation of these systems to streamline the order creation process.Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Processes: Implementing efficient processes for AP and ensuring timely and accurate sending of AR reminders, contributing to improved cash flow management.Month-End Close: Conducting month-end close activities using Sage, ensuring financial records are accurate and complete, and preparing necessary reconciliations.Sales Tools Onboarding: Onboarding sales representatives to key tools including Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, facilitating their integration and effective use within the sales process.Process Creation and Data Cleanup: Developing standardized processes and conducting data cleanup initiatives for the partners team, enhancing overall data integrity and operational efficiency.Support for Sales Leaders and CFO: Assisting various Sales leaders and the CFO with diverse tasks, including the preparation of reports, reconciliations, and other ad-hoc requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.Throughout my tenure, I consistently leverage my analytical skills and attention to detail to support revenue operations, driving improvements in process efficiency and data accuracy.
