   Throughout my life, helping others has been an integral part of who I am. I chose a career in financial services because I believe I can make a difference in the lives of families in my community. At Edward Jones, we strive to make sure clients feel heard, and that we understand their unique story. We also work to help clients understand the investment world in terms they can relate to. I’m a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia with a B.S. in Human Environmental Sciences. Prior to Edward Jones I worked in Business Development on a B2B level assisting companies with their human resource strategies. For the last 11 years I have worked as a Digital Marketing Manager for an advertising agency, assisting small to mid-size businesses develop effective marketing campaigns to achieve their goals and grow their customer base.I grew up in Union Missouri but have lived in Washington the past 9 years with my husband Michael and our two kids Jak and Bryce. At this stage in our lives we spend a lot of time at our children\'s activities however, when I do have free time I love to visit local wineries, try new coffee spots & spend time outdoors.Giving back to my community is so important to me. I have served on the board of directors for the Franklin County Area United Way, co-chairing their annual campaign for 2 years. I currently reside as an advisory & marketing committee member. I recently finished a three-year school board term at Immanuel Lutheran School and have also been involved in the Washington Jaycees. I understand financial planning can be complicated and confusing as to where to start.
