Hi, I\'m Whitney Hill. I founded and currently own a small business named Central Staffing Solutions. I am also a proud Oklahoman committed to helping local companies grow through connecting them with great people. People are Central to what we do! With each project, we aim to raise the quality of service for our clients and the quality of life for our employees.Central Staffing Solutions is a full-service staffing agency specializing in the recruitment of direct-hire, temporary and temp-to-hire job placements across the state of Oklahoma. As owner and operator, I am very hand on in every aspect of the business. I also sit on the board of Construct My Future. A non-profit working to bridge the gap between high school students and a future career in trades. As the Intern Coordinator I help provide high school students an opportunity to be placed on actual job sites with each of our partners during school hours. We also host one-day team events that introduce high school juniors and seniors to various construction trades through hands-on construction challenges and mock interviews.When I’m not matching great people with great workplaces, you’ll find me active in NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction), ASA (American Subcontractors Association), and AGC (Association of General Contractors), among many other organizations. You can also find me spending time with my husband Strike and our 3 beautiful kids, escorting them around to their many activities.
